What mobs drop mandrake root?

I believe Hivekin, but you'll get more mandrake if you simply harvest herbs.

birdmen, called akrthas (spelling) drop like 7 mandrake a kill.

for sure the hivekin do, but macro farming is alot easier. well not easier but faster and more mind numbing. unless unattended of course

I know of mobs that drop 17 per kill. We have them on farm status.
