So, as it says on the description fire magic restricts water, either restricts air and vise versa. In beta, people were saying that these schools do not actually restrict each other. Has anyone TESTED it and made sure? Don't even give your opinion or thoughts unless it is educated beyond the tool tips of the schools.

Yes. If you take fire magic, you cannot take water magic, and vice versa. If you take Earth, you cannot take air, and vice versa. If you take spell chanting, you cannot take witchcraft, and vice versa. All of this has been tested, and more often than not whined about.

Thus, you can sit down.

Have you confirmed this yourself? I don't want an answer unless it is from someone who has confirmed it themselves because I have heard both ends saying the exact same thing you have that it has been confirmed "countless times". Don't mean to be rude.

7 of my guild mates attempted to get fire and water for shits n giggles. It's confirmed.

*shrug* i heard that from a dude in our clan that is making major pots. I guess he lied. ohwell.
feel free to spend 4 or 5k and a week of grinding to get to 50 greater magic and find out for yourself. I personally have spell chanting and I can't get witchcraft. I'll post a pic of the error message in a few minutes.
