Bowyer @100 = No gains....

So I posted a few days ago. Got my Bowyer to 100 and still not able to make anything past R30 (level75). I spoke to one GM gave me a BS answer and said he didn't know. Another GM stated that they need to introduce Bowyer Mastery into the game still. I was hoping that someone out there has actually had success making a Bow Past R30 that could help me with this mystery??

GM I asked when I hit 100 said it was a bug that I couldn't make rank40+ bows.
