Let's say I'm human. And if I travel to dwarf starting cities, will I able to do their starting quests?

Since when? Cos i am Mirdain but cant do any starter quests in human lands.

no the starting quest (goblins, and gather mat.) but others like trolls hunt on one hour yes.

after some1 has completed the starter town quests and does the first set of quests outside of the town have them party up with u and type /partyofferall and presto u will now be able to do all the quests in that zone.
