Increasing Alignment

If my alignment is -14, what do I need to do to bring it back up past 0? How long does it take?

u need to kill other races that arent in the alliance with u ... like if ur alfar then u can kill ne thing really ... if ur mahrim u cant kill orcs ... and as far as i know u get +2 for killing another race ... -8 for killing ur own
