Say what u like about WoW but one pleasant thing was the number of NPCs and buildings that you can actually enter and visit.
For a game that wants to be a "sandbox" cities feel rather like a themepark, as buildings here are just decoration, they can't be entered or interacted with (exept for player buildings which can be destroyed)
It would be nice to be able to enter buildings and use it even strategicly, shelter in a room to escape someone or set an ambush and murder someone inside, go to the tavern and drink with your friends etc...

Truth is, if there aren't real buildings now, there never will be. The engine simply can't support it or they would have implemented it. They left real buildings out to conserve cycles, and there's no way they can add them now. gg

Im confused, ... there are buildings you can go inside, including in the cities ... theres definately one or two in sandbrook, pretty sure theres some in HoE .. idawol also has a few, sanguine has some
ok so not EVERY building has thrown its dooe open to all comers .. but it would be a bti weird if they did
also theres tons of enterable buildings scattered around the wilderness

So, pls do tell us, since you know everything about the game engine, its capability and the developer plans, tell us everything about the future of this game.
Do you things that having to fix the sales, the queue, the occasional client crash, the server configurations and the unfinished skills/spells/crafting they do have time to implement buildings ?
Most likely no, but I am asking you have you ever played an MMO since its beginning/beta ? How many features were not available at opening but were eventually included and implemented later on ?
You called me idiot because I express my opinion that the OP should have faith and patience since the game is in infancy state.
Yet, you stated that you have the truth and know everything.

yeh human areas got kind of screwed with entering buildings. every other race has a few more buildings then humans which can be entered. Think they just did not feel like spending the time modeling insides of buildings people were not going to use.

There already are "real" buildings. Some in towns too. At least in some Ork towns. Also most of them are in deserted areas or mob camps.

Take the rock out of your ass, I dont see why it wouldnt be possible to add more enterable buildings, but I doubt thats very high on there list of things to do right now... but like Pflip said, you know everything, and we should bow to your wisdom...

Yes I forgot to mention I play a human, and have been to cities like HoE, Copperdale and Sanguine, I found none I could enter in any of these areas...I keep thinking there should at least be 1 tavern per city where you can just go, rest, buy cooking stuff and drink ale !

if you got passed the complex poetic devices, and unique terms and creative use of phrases, you find out thet he's saying it might come eventually, it will just take time..

My favorite part of Darkfall is finding an interesting looking structure and seeing what looks like a door and then noticing that theres no way to get past said door. Especially the giant door in the empty Loradain's Citadel (I think thats what its called on Yssam?)
