There is a sort of tavern in a stating city of the alfar (bel Melek), unfortunately is rather desolate atm.

there is also a fruit/meat/good market, empty as well....

I hope they are placeholders for future npc interaction.

if they can come up with somethign cool to do in taverns tehn fine but if its just a room with some decoration then whats teh point?

In Vco Taverns were pvp arena rules, a good place to fight with no loss of alignment or gear drops. This made an excellent arena for trying new tricks, testing strength and generally twatting the enemy with no reprisals. A little light relief in a dangerous world could be a good thing.:)
