What are the ways you can achieve each of these Ores?I'm looking for an answer for a few days now:)

im pretty sure there are golems that drop the ores. they share the name of the ore they drop

Have yet to find a selestine golem,it's also unmarked anywhere on the map unlike the Valiron golems.

Get them quite easily from a clan mine in a city.
