Regional Banks

I dont think local banks will really work. There will be too many banks to keep track of your gear. but regional bonk could work quite well. Separate them by regions so, all banks in alfar area are linked, all banks in human area are linked, and so on. Or you could split them up again within each races territory.

Universal banks removes the need for guilds and alliances to have supply lines.

Agree but I prefer all clan banks non universal or regional, and starting banks all linked.
