ATM the only way to contact AV is via email at support@aventurine.gr The problem with this, is all support is funneled through there.
Account breaches are time sensitive issues that need to be caught and fixed quickly. I lost my account early this morning, and was in contact with a GM a few hours afterwards. GM's are not able to lock an account that has been breached, nor are they able to assist in any way.
Had a GM been able to act, my character would not currently be deleted and that would mean less work on your part.
Please get some form of contact up specifically for these type of issues with a quick turn around, so that issues like mine can be dealt with in a faster manner.
