Allow clan cities to implement a tax for all goods sold within city walls to open up clan/player cities to become trade hubs for merchants. Taxes in NPC cities would be higher.

Allow a clan player city to implement a bounty system (supported by the tax system) to pay a small amount of gold for Blacklisted players killed. Therefore making players KOS near or around player cities. Or in general.

Players who abused the bounty system would become blacklisted themselves, on discretion of the guild. The bounty system would not be for NPC cities.

Would open up a huge new dynamic of gameplay. (Bounty hunters)

This would provide benefit for the free flow of goods within player made cities. (trade hubs)

It would also allow for safe havens for red players outside of personal guild cities.

Would also stimulate the economy as clans would have a huge benefit for protecting harvesters and crafters within their cities. (Tax benefits)

Any blacklisted players or clans would not be allowed within or around city walls as they would be Killed on sight. It would also create a widespread player defence for participating cities.

Could lower the crafting gold requirements because tax would be a new gold sink.

Players would be rewarded for making deals outside of taxed areas.

(edit) This would also fix the crafters current overhead issues.

Thoughts?

Thanks, and for anyone wondering, the bounty gold would probably come from the guild coffers that are being filled by the taxes, therefore safer guild cities could levy more bountys.

I wanted to bump this to the front of the forum to hopefully get some more positive or negative feedback from other players .

Love both ideas. Should really be implimented, Like in a Tavern of the Clan City's have a notice board with all the bount names/Prices.
