Not a very good suggestion considering they have said they are doing all they can.

Doing all they can has lead to a week straight of no copies of the game being sold. I'm sorry that you can't understand what it's like to have played beta and missed out over the past month because I don't sit in front of my PC 24/7 hitting F5 and managed to get a copy.

I want to play the game and can't, and the game is released.

I feel for you man, i was in beta but couldn't get the game for a week due to school (luckily spring break hit).

I agree that they need to focus on opening up a server. they need money right now. them getting more money from more copies + subs sold = more money to hire additional help = faster fixing of issues.

I find the game fun enough as it currently is, so focus on letting people in now.
