Heh, I do that with miners actually, ill go rogue, wait 10 seconds while they get all alarmed and start running, then practice leading them from long distances too, it's actually pretty effective.

what happen after you train your polearm to 100? Is there advance polearm mastery in which you need to train from 0-100 again?

thats at 75
apparently you learn a skill that increases polearm dmg....but needs to be leveled 1-100

So is there any use i train Axe to 100? Or should i go for double axe straight away?
Does it give me some advantage in having 100 axe while using double handed axes?

This is true. esspecially if there is a group of you shooting at once co-ordinated over TS. You can pick off a target and kill them before they even know they are being watched.
Just image some guy out in the wilderness lumbering. Lifts up his wood axe, raising it above his head to take another swing at the tree... fade to red. that would be funny.
