I read a LOT about UO users...

So I keep reading about people that played UO some of which claim their statues because of the age of the game and its "Hard Core" PvP. I am just curious, did anyone here play Legends of Kesmai, or even its predecessor Island of Kesmai? Was a great game, one of the first with lavish 2d non animation graphics.

I have not been able to purchase Darkfall yet but from what I read, PvP is pretty much the same as LoK. In LoK though the Mobs looted you when they killed you and it was a race to get your items back one piece at a time wile hunting down every monster in the region hoping someone did not find it first.

You may actually be surprise but you are right! Now pat yourself on the back. One might post is a Role Playing thread if he might only be asking about the role players that played the certain game.

So anyone could have logged on and played this game if they subscribed to AOL or Gamestorm, I want to know if any role payers here played the game. Next time I will be double thorough and post in the Role playing forums AND address it to only the role playing community.

Yes, I only wish I could have joined 11 months ago so like you, I too could have broadened my intellect with the many posts this site offered in 08.

After realizing the error of my ways when I joined up this month I have decided going back to college was a bad idea and that the only way I will truly get ahead in life is to wait a year and be able to shoot down Posts in this forum that I assume to be wrongly placed.

You have touched my life in many ways because of this post Kusghuul. I almost lost my place in society obviously thinking I ranked as high as the people that joined this Forum in 08. Thank you Friend, My path is now clear.

not sure if I should laugh or cry about the answers of the other ones.. one is clear.. they don't represent the majority of the old UO :)
I for my part find it nice that you share with us and yes, I've heard of Legends of Kesmai , people say that this game , even if old and simple grafic was one of the most richest games in that times ...
