I was able to get to the product screen,
Click Buy,
Enter CCV,
Then service became unavailable.

Did I do something wrong?

nope.. just the service crashed... it happens. Usually at that point you just try and refresh the screen till it goes through. Check your email though, it might have been processed

Same thing happened to me last tuesday. Entered CCV, clicked confirm, loading, BAM Service not available at this time, please try again later. Distressed, I tried to login the game, and you know what? My account was active! If you managed to enter the CCV, try logging into the game, or check your email.. you could get lucky,

Truly don't mean to bitch. Just a bit frustrating after all this waiting to actually hit the buy button, and.. still not get the game.

You did not the ccv confirm is after the buy button and many ppl get to ccv confirmation but get the "service unavaible" and do not get the game

Gave up and went to check my e-mail as I was expecting something from a friend, well what do yah know 3 COPIES of the game.

Support haven't e-mailed me back yet.

If you get a time out or fail after clicking the CSV/cvv stage check your emails, Last week I actually got in after a CSV time out. It was a pleasant surprise.
