Onboard sound will do fine.

Onboard sound will give you a performance hit if it's 5.1 in CPU intensive games though.

Do not get that graphics card. It's the old GTX260 version. That one is slower than the HD4870 512MB and more expensive. Get this instead:

Personally I'd go for the HD4870. The GTX260 Core 216 is slightly faster, but it's 1/3 more expensive and definitely not that much faster.
