Do any of you computer geeks out there know of any good webpage design programs? Would prefer free, but not necessary.

Dreamweaver is basically the best visual editor.

Depending on what kind of site you're gunning for, using a content management system like Wordpress with a free template (on your own domain) would probably get you farther along than putzing around with Dreamweaver. Then posting content is just like posting on forumfall.

Notepad and MS Paint.
