i guess they like the power of having 1000's of people sitting at their pc, without any clue whats going on, and how mutch more you have to wait...give us a time when it will go live...i hope they didnt promise us to release it today and still not beeing ready for it..hmmm i wont be surprised though..

According to how they have handled things so far, they will probably keep us updated throughout the day about 10 minutes before the servers are up :)

No it wouldn't, you have to be very careful of what you say because people disect the hell out of it. Clearly his track record of updates and information have been lacking, but keep in mind on release day they are always working hard and they clearly don't have a PR team to do with what most games have.

If they were true gamers they would know that there are probably 10,000 people hitting refresh all day on the login.
I will go so far to say I bet some people have hit refresh on the order pages, forums, and login well over 10,000 times manually.
I am not saying that is normal, but it is the mindset of man of their customers.. To not give an update and let them sit and waste time all day when it could be solved by a simple update is rude and unprofessional.

I honestly think you're definitely right about that point. It's like they're unders some "zeusish" influence :D.
Anyway, I believe we won't have to wait more than 3 hours from now to enter the game. Finally, the day has come! Yuppi!!! :D:D:D
I truly hope all the guys who did not manage to get a pre-order will be able to join us as soon as possible! Good luck everybody! I'm looking forward to meet you in-game (and loot your pants and swords)! :D

No news is good news!
The only reason for him to update during the day would be if there was a problem with the launch and they were delaying. Otherwise, they'll just wait until the launch announcement :D

Why say they will keep us updated throughout the day if they aren't going to take literally 1 minute to do so?
What am I missing? I am not the one that said it.
Hold my hand? lol... you are funny:) Stupid me expecting one simple thing to go right that they could control.
What next? Sorry my guy in the US that controls my hand and ability to type a 1 line 10 second update was experiencing problems and I was unable to update you.

no no, you missed it, let me help you out.
Tonight around 9pm greek time he will post telling us what issues they are having, keeping the servers up.
Then around 1am Greek time, that they have found the error and working on it
Then the following day at noon, they have the issue almost resovled.
Then around 10pm greek time the servers will coem up briefly, then down again, he will announce the servers were tested, but its too late for EU so they will wait till tomorrow.
They will then launch the following day at 11pm greek time.
Oh...wait... sorry that was preorders hehe

No, just want him to keep his word, and start acting like a developer. I understand things are crazy there, but if it is SO crazy that they cant come to the forums and type a 30 second post, then they need to hire me, and give me his phone number.
Ill call him once an hour and he can just leave it on speaker while he types away frantically in the code. He gives me a few bits and Ill post them. Hell I'll even do it for minimum wage.

ffs...if there is an update it is going to be because there is something to update you on...if none then what he said in the last news still applies...servers up sometime this evening.
endless F5ing and speculation aint gonna make them give u a pointless update or get the servers open faster.
