I asked this myself. The test was assuming his version of zombies were prevalent, but there are too many types of zombies to make any assumption of a person's survivability.

At first I thought the questions asking about what a zombie does, thinks like and such would define the type of zombie the quiz's answers would be judged upon. I guess that wasn't the case since those zombie info questions were given right and wrong answers.

difference is 28 days later zombies died after a while, kinda offsets their speed. so if you can survive the initial outbreak you should be fine. I would probably die.
