Age of Conan again?

Anyone still play it? I stopped long ago a few days after reaching 80 and then checked their forums to see whats been happening and i read the latest update and it looks like a lot has improved but i cant exactly be too sure so if anyone that still plays can tell me how it i, I'd appreciate it.

I play it with my wife. Game runs ultra-smooth now. (still need a decent card and system, but wtf, look at the graphics, lol)

Seems numbers are increasing slowly but surely. Devs are working hard to improve the game, add content, and all. Just takes a while. It is what it is, a PVE game, with pretty good PVP. PVPers cry the most though, as always.

They are in need of more content to apease the people who level out too fast I guess. They just had a huge patch today, with another 1 or 2 coming. DX10 is close to ready, but I guess it's still kinda buggy on Test. DX10 is just eye-candy, and not even needed imo.

I like AoC a LOT more than EQ2 or WoW though. Lot more fun, and cutting people arms and heads off is great.

Well i never had a problem with the game til i got to lvl 70 perhaps because i played a pvp server and did pass my time "attempting" to gank people but after a while my gameplay wasnt really rewarded with anything so i left with the intention to come back provided nothing better came along.
I have no intention to play on a PVE server, which server would you recommend me going to? I plan to start over (i played on bluesteel when i first pplayed because I'm a fan of zoolander).
Also i dont give a rats ass bout DX10, and never did lol.

I think Tyranny is HUGE now. Like out of control populated. I can't take it personally. (Tyranny, may have been merged tho?)

I actually thought AOC was decent, it got alot of hate but I liked it alot better then WHO.
They did have bad performance issues though and missing content.

So you play on tyranny and recommend it? I find overpopulated servers a good thing, always something to do. Thanks for the advice. I'll give it a go

Also AoC was a decent game just that they werent sure whether to focus on PVP or PVP

I do not play on Tyranny, I did once though. I am on Set now. My wife likes PVE, so I mainly just do that with her. But yeah....that server is packed.

I quit after about 2 weeks in the beginning. I just re-subbed about 2 months ago, and all is better now. Performance is perfect. Whatever they did was amazing.

Yeah I just read the update for today and it is immense.
Looks like patching will take a while.
Is the economy fixed, in regards to itemization and the market? It isnt too big of a deal but i always enjoy a good ingame economy.
