Actually, I suggest you don't make a guild website if you don't even know what a server is. You don't really even need more than a forum for a guild.

If you want to have a domain such as www.NAME.com www.NAME.net and so on, you'll have to purchase such domain. Depending on popularity of a certain name, the usually price for a domain is around $10 year. Some more desired names can cost up a couple of thousand dollars.

Now, if you are looking for a webhost to host a website with your domain of choice, you'll have to rent a webspace as well. That's all up to you and what you want from your website.

If you are looking for something cheap which provides you with pretty much everything you need for a professional website, I'd suggest www.Ipower.com For about $10 a month you have unlimited everything.

But in all seriousness, you seem to have no clue about websites so first take your time before you waste your money.

You get unlimited sub-domains, the server'll run most scripting languages, you get a high-assed amount of bandwidth per month (for a forum)...

I hate to be a fanboy, but it's a pretty great solution for people who don't expect shitloads of traffic. Like a guild website, or a small business.

Freehostia (http://www.freehostia.com/) has a great, free, fast, reliable, ad-free plan, and it allows external domain names.
DynDNS (http://www.dyndns.com/) will give you a free ath.cx domain name (albeit, it isn't a real top-level one like .com, or .net, but it's close).
