Is their any word on Ghostly robes like in UO where you could hide your gear or no?

devs said you can put robes over your plate armor and such.

Hopefully there will be cloaks in the game (if that is what you mean).

Example: http://www.cloakmaker.com/cloaks.html

They said this, but does it actually cover you or is it "over" your plate armor just for stat stacking?

According to the website: "In addition to keeping you warm, cloaks and capes can bring a sense of mystery and drama into your life" Which would imply they are meant to be worn in public. I guess I can go outside with mine now without feeling ashamed...

I live in Seattle. Occasionally you will see someone walking down the street with one of these on. No joke.

I honestly dont doubt it. I live in Las Vegas so its never cold enough to wear anything like that and If you did you would probably get your @$$ beat.

but Im pretty open and dont doubt that in some places its perfectly normal.

Haha. I wouldn't say normal. But no one stares, or yells "freak" or anything stupid like that. I look at it as, "Everyone has their own fashion sense."

I think we all would be plesantly supprised to find a girl on our doorstep wearing a cloak and lingerie..

Yeah the only way it would be okay in lasvegas is if it was used for some hot roleplaying in the bedroom.

otherwise...eh.

Next time I go to Vegas I will make one of these cloaks and wear it just to see what happens. Hopefully I don't get "beat" in any way.

I imagine the following scenario:

So why is it some yahoo can cowboy up and go to the mall dressed in his rodeo costume, and he's totally cool..... meanwhile, if I wear my cloak to get a Cinnabon, I'm a geek?
