I've always been an exotic food passionate ever since I remember being a child. I've tried plenty of bizzare plates raging from snails, pork/beef tartar to horse meat.

Since I don't watch much TV, and if I do, Andrew Zimmerman is something I really enjoy. It shows how unique food can get, but also makes you realize that what's strange and bizzare in one culture is completely normal in another.

I'll just give a quick glimpse of what I'm talking about. I'd NO doubt try frog sushi, but I'm not so sure about the other one... ;)
