This is true. As we hardly ever get snow. Although we have this week. I got a week of, so im not complaing. For people who get snow more than once a year, then there are things that are already set out, in Britain there isnt.

lol, I lived in Texas the past 4 years or so, I went to school in Minneapolis and grew up in Nebraska so I am used to winter weather...anyway so one day in west Texas we got, I dunno 3-5 inches of snow...tops. Well they basically shut down the town. I was watching the morning news since I had already gotten ready for work...so I am sitting there watching and they have this girl on and she is reporting live from out about town.

She is sitting there telling everyone how cold and dangerous it is and that everyone should stay home...and in the background you could see a car doing donuts in a parking lot. The irony tasted like yellow snow cones.

Yeah...I was driving through Portland, Maine one year, in a whiteout, Highways was covered in prolly 6 inches of show, when a Red Blazer came flying by me doing like 60. It was 4 college guys, and they were screaming, and yelling like retards as they passed me.
