All I have in terms of equipment is what I don't use in the kitchen. Theres an odd shaped instrument made for peeling lemons and a hand whisk. This could be a long and painfull mass murder spree.

You need some sand dunes first. You anywhere near the Oregon coast? We've got miles of them. Anyways, you need some wax, a board, and a long steep dune. Wax board, proceed down hill, hope the hill isn't so steep you fall off.

First time I shattered my knee that's how it happened. I tried an ultra steep (nearly straight down) dune, and ended up going flying, although I was thankfully near the bottom by then. Fell like thirty feet before hitting the sand awkwardly and rolling a lot. Getting back up that dune was a fucking bitch.
