he HAS released it, factcheck.org has seen it, photo'd it, including the embossed state seal..the gov of Hawaii and the Hawaiian Sec of State have verified that they have seen the original...factcheck.org has found an archived newspaper announcing the birth

the original is in possession of the Hawaiian government, their policy is to issue a sealed copy...which is what Barry provided and factcheck.org has seen
