Forumfall is one word and most of it doesn't care for permadeath.

If I want perma death I can always go back to D2. I have no need to force myself to play a physically painful game.

Strawberries are appealing, but poison-dipped strawberries are not.

Besides that, there are few games where permadeath actually contributes to the game.
