What does it matter if a 16 year old sends it to an 18 year old guy? Sure 22 is more then stretching it but there is like a 3 year difference in the age of consent laws to where if you are within 3 years of age the age of consent doesn't matter. So a 16 year old girl can have sex with an 18 year old whenever she wants but the moment she sends a picture they both get criminal charges?
