Looks like Darkfall got beat.



The new steam beta client gives you a in game browser. It works well, a little laggy with typing this but page hopping is decent in speed. check it out if you have steam.

I am pretty sure the Devs dont care if people poach their features, they just want their game to be playable in the format they desire. That said I will have to go check it out after work.

It's also called Add Non-Steam game, a feature steam has, and darkfall will more than likely work great with it!

Looks like Darkfall got beat before Darkfall, or even steam for that matter, existed.

Tribes 2 has an in-game browser.

this was more of letting people know about the new steam beta, sorry if it came off as a competitive thing. More of silly antics.

Pretty sure EVE has an ingame browser as well, so it's been around for awhile.

Beat? why would anyone need an ingame browser taking up there screen? just a quicker way to die I suppose...
