My wife is a diabetic and I've walked in on here have one a couple times when whe was first diagnosed (went hypoglycemic)... It's some scarry shit at first, but at least in her case I can bring her out of them by putting sugar under her tongue or sticking her with a a glucose injection..

I've had three seizures in my life time, one time I was in the bathtub when it happened and half conscious I said to the fireman who had busted down the door to grab me some underwear, he accidentally grabbed my moms underwear but he held my hand all the way to the hospital.
