I'm seriously contemplating moving to Russia, any ideas where I should move to and how expensive it is to live there? I am unsure what all steps I need to a Visa (or whatever is needed). Also what city would be best to move to (most jobs, more English speaking people and such).

I just figured since most people here are from EU they would have a better understanding of how Russia is. That is fucking retarded. Seriously...statutory rape (and similar) laws are pretty damn fucked up wherever you are. I think in my state, if you're 2 years or less older than the person in question, assuming they're over the age of like 10, they call it a wash, but if an 18-year-old gets with a 14-year-old, he'd get a statutory rape charge (which I think, for a certain year difference range, is only a misdemeanor).

Hell, if both parties are over the age of 10, nothing is inserted into any orifices, and consent is provided, I personally think all that stuff should be called a wash.
